You'll hear back within two business days. If anything about fit or availability needs sorting out first, we'll reach out before confirming.
A no-cost 10-minute call
A brief phone screening so we can both make sure this is the right match before your first full visit.
Your intake visit
Forty-five minutes by secure video or in person, with time to actually tell your story.
A note on email
Email is fine for scheduling and billing questions. Please don't send medical details that way. Anything clinical belongs in the secure portal, where it's protected.
Care is provided to patients located in Virginia at the time of the visit.
