We work alongside therapists and primary care so your treatment is coordinated, not fragmented.
Our approach
Intakes are 45 minutes — enough time to understand your story, what's been hard, and what you're hoping changes. Medication checks are 20 minutes and paced around what your care actually needs.
Some patients want medication and focused check-ins. Others want a thinking partner who can coordinate with their therapist. Many want both at different points. Care should fit the whole person, not the other way around.
Our work is holistic and trauma-informed, meaning we pay attention to context: sleep, stress, relationships, health, identity, history, and what has helped or hurt before.
We name the limits of medication honestly. Pills don't fix a relationship, a job, or a sleepless year — but the right plan, well-monitored, can be a meaningful part of feeling more like yourself.
